Portfolio catagories run from Nature through Manipulations. The more recent works are mostly straight forward photographs. Previous works involved a bit of manipulating either through alternative processes or digital means.

An interest in recording the moment; the emotion and intensity that can change the course of any event in a split second lead me to shoot Events such as sports and concerts.

Early on, I believed that the snap of the shutter was only the beginning. I looked for ways to push the images beyond what was seen in the moment. I picked up on this trend again while exploring photoshop in the mid-nineties. Check out the Photo-Manipulations page for examples and further explanation.

Having spent almost a decade exploring all things digital, I have found my way back to the viewfinder and yes, film! Most of the newer works are Nature as well as People, Places and Things.
