The photo art to the left is a link to five slide shows. Three are from Shamus Town. The first two consist of over 275 color and 535 black and white original photos and postcards of the Los Angeles Raymond Chandler lived in (1912 through 1946), and wrote about from 1932 to 1958.

The third Shamus Town slide show consists of 28 images from the Hollywood Heritage October 21, 2007 Raymond Chandler's Hollywood: 1930-1940 tour.

The other slide shows are of my two Devon Rex cats, Sonny and Chaliapin, and my Trice recumbent trike.

Click on the Shamus Town image to the left and the slide show gallery will open as a new window. Select a slide show and enjoy.

Once a slide show starts you can navigate back to the opening gallery by clicking on the gallery symbol (a box with two rows of three rectangles inside) on the bottom left. On the bottom right the two vertical bars symbol stops the slide show.

When stopped, that symbol becomes a solid arrowhead and will restart the slide show.

Once stopped, the plus, minus and arrow+bar symbols on the right and left allow you to move forward or back one image at a time, or in groups of 20 images.
