Here are three sites with vision tests.
Blind spot  This site has basic blind spot tests and tests that fill in the missing info from the blind spot.
Ishihara This is the standard Ishihara test for color blindness with six color test plates.
Color blindness test This is similar to the Ishihara except it has two shapes and one picture.
