The heart of the Little Shop of Physics is our traveling program. Each year, we visit about 40 different schools, and present programs to approximately 15,000 K-12 students. The key element of the Little Shop of Physics traveling program is that it is all hands-on: every student that we visit has the chance to work with all of our experiments.
Besides doing school programs, the Little Shop of Physics presents teacher workshops, hosts an annual open house, and produces a television show in cooperation with the local Poudre School District.
Besides the Little Shop of Physics, Brian does other things as well, like teaching undergraduate classes at CSU and supervising the undergraduate teaching labs in the Physics Department.
