Job interview!Wow, I guess this may actually be the first
interview since going on unemployment.
Craziness.
But to the point: Friday at 11 a.m. I'm interviewing for a press/communications job with the Manhattan Institute. It's described as entry-level, so I'm worried the pay may be low and don't know what room for growth there may be. But nevertheless, it's an interview. Will post a follow-up on how it goes. Hard
to tell how fast things will move, but my MI contact, Bob Goldberg just told me about it Wednesday,
and I called the woman yesterday. Apparently she wants a biography-type writing
sample from people by next week, so I imagine she's hoping to move pretty
quickly on this.
We'll see. Bob also gave me the name of someone at Pfizer I should call. So many leads! So many blogs! I mean, uh ... so many leads to follow up! posted @ 02:08 AM on Fri - August 13, 2004 remark! Email | as quoted: before I said ... but more recently: |
