Two things


First of all, faith in the blogosphere proved misguided in that I am writing this from chilly New York. Ah well. It's never the strength of your faith that determines, after all, but the object in which your faith is placed.

Secondly, in considerably better news, a phone call to a certain Livermore, California community college this morning confirmed they have received my application for humanities instructor. We shall see how things go. The woman suggested that, depending on how quickly they move through applications, interviews could begin as soon as before Thanksgiving.

Between that and the election, certainly lots of things to pray about!
