A little New York culture


So, folks, Jessica was right. Lileks has a very clever, funny piece on the New York Times over at The Bleat. Worth reading if you've lived in the city — and especially if you haven't. And I must say, great writing. Reminds me of John Updike shorts and stories in The New Yorker.

By the way, I see she's very kindly linked to me, so Jessica's blog, The New Vintage, will be joining the list at right. I haven't read her blog enough to say just what it is exactly, but she's less political than Karol, and slightly more fashion-focused than this site. Fun stuff.
