Km 17. Tsocowis Creek. All along the trail truant fishnet floats mark critical beach access and exit points. They are critical because there are many locations where you must forsake the beach for the forest because (1) the beach trail becomes flooded at high tide or (2) the beach trail is blocked by impassable headlands no matter the state of the tide. Condition number 2 applies here.
