It's been a while, but there are some new videos of current and classic dances...

From Machol Hungaria 2004:

1. Zingualla - a classic Tuvia Tishler dance, here videod at the recent Machol Hungaria camp. Notice all those great young dancers. The video was a hard one to compress and upload, so it's the best quality. Nonetheless, thanks to Moshe Weiss for send me the video as well as some other highlights of this recent camp. You can see Zingualla here

2. Halev - a circle dance from local choreographer Batia Kronenberg which can be viewed here.


From Sababa 2004:

3. Helping out at this year's Sababa was recently-married Larry Denenberg, and in celebration of Larry's 50th, so I'm reliably informed, Moshe Eskayo made a new debka, called Debka Larden (get it?). You can see the dance here.

4. Moshe also can be seen with his classic couple dance, with Eileen, Tfilat Michal here.

5. Also at Sababa this year was Itzik Sa'ada. One of my favourite of his classic couples is Ad Halom, and it was great to finally have it on video, here with Hannah from Philadelphia as his partner.

From Rikud 2004:

6. At Rikud 2004, Edo Israely had the opportunity to show his latest couple dance, Hatchala Chadasha. You can see Edo and Loui Tucker at her Sunnyvale session dancing it here.

7. Also at Rikud 2004 but not making it to the official video is Gadi Biton's circle, Ben Ha'etzbaot. With his permission, and the videocam work of Irith Shade, you can see the video here:

8. Eyal Eliyahu also supplied lots of energy at Rikud, and allowed the official version of his new line dance, Kaliente Tambure for viewing here.
