In a nutshell—who I am—I am a web designer/developer whose creative roots took ground with a traditional graphic design and production education (and on the job experience) background. With the natural progression of design from print advertising to the online world, I found myself designing the presentation layer of websites for clients from around 1995 to the present, along the way becoming immersed in web development practices as well as design. I have a preference for hand-coded W3C standards-compliant HTML and CSS code, and plan my designs such that predictable cross-browser design limitations and workarounds are followed through. Just because a website may appear to render properly in Firefox does not mean that it will look the same in Internet Explorer. Cross-platform/browser testing is a MUST in this day and age.
I am sorry but I REFUSE to use Comic Sans, so please do not ask me to create you a website with that awful typeface.
