Adam G. Garson
For more than 20 years, Mr. Garson has represented
individuals and business of all sizes in a wide spectrum of
commercial and intellectual property matters ranging from
toxic tort, employment and contract litigation to
copyright, trademark and entertainment law. Like some of
his partners, Mr. Garson’s formative legal experience
took place at large Philadelphia law firms.
Mr. Garson joined Lipton, Weinberg, & Husick to
concentrate his practice on copyright, trademark and
computer/Internet law with a focus on assisting
entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses, particularly in
the technology sector. Mr. Garson also represents
individuals in the entertainment and publishing industry.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Garson is also an
accomplished software programmer whose company has
published a popular payroll software application, which he
designed and created for household employers. Before
attending law school at Temple University, Mr. Garson
worked in the historic preservation field. He was
responsible for all phases of government historic
preservation compliance contracts, including budget
development and management of contract personnel, and
performance and supervision of interdisciplinary research.
Mr. Garson earned a B.A. from Colgate University, a Ph.D.
from Yale University (anthropology), and a J.D. from Temple
University.
