Tankha’s practice is focused on filing and
prosecution of patent applications in the electronics and
software fields before the U.S. Patent And Trademark
Office.
Ash represents about 20 electronic and software clients for
whom he has filed more than 100 patent applications in the
U.S. PTO in the areas of wireless, knowledge management,
internet, networking, relational databases, security,
hardware-software co-design, digital signal processing,
telecommunication, embedded systems, semiconductors and
fiber-optics.
Ash has a Certificate in General Education from Cambridge
University, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian
Institute of Technology, a M.S. in Chemical Engineering
from the University Of Denver, and a J.D. from The John
Marshall School Of Law, Chicago. He is admitted to practice
in South Carolina and before the United States Patent And
Trademark Office.
