The firm

prepares and files applications to register marks in the
United States and abroad, and represents clients before the
United States Trademark Office in matters related to
regsitration, opposition, and cancellation. Our attorneys
have experience in trademark litigation which enables them
to examine the enforceability of marks and to offer advice
on the cost and likely outcome of such litigation.
We are also experienced in the use of trademark and related
laws to control the importation of counterfeit goods to the
United States, and have participated in seizures of goods
by United States Marshalls and in impoundment of goods by
the Customs Service.
