NOTES: This was a small investigation involving only four people and minimal equipment. Still, activity was felt and heard. The only unusual incident took place on the 5th floor, with what sounded like a cat screaming violently. We cannot say it was paranormal, because due to the violence of the scream, we decided for safety's sake not to attempt to find the cat. There was a fear the cat might be rabid. However, no cat was seen nor heard the rest of the night.

EVP: Two significant EVPs were obtained, one of a male voice on the 3rd floor responding to founder Sheri by saying "uh uh" and the second on the 5th floor, again responding to Sheri's comment about the walls appearing painted. The woman seems to say something like "They've finally finished." Analysis was completed recently and the files will be presented to the client before being presented here.

PHOTOS: No significant photos were obtained.

VIDEO: No significant video was obtained.

NOTES: Special charity Halloween investigation. Very light feeling about the building, contrasting the oppressiveness of previous investigations. Personal experiences included hearing voices, whistles and bangs. One person reported having their hand touch. Another reported seeing an apparition of a doctor. A couple of instances of hearing voices have been backed up by EVP evidence.

EVP: Several possible EVPs were obtained and are listed below. (Audio files may be enhanced by reducing background noise and boosting volume. Headphones are recommended.)

• 2nd floor "Cool" - apparent mimic and laugh after investigator speaks
• 2nd floor "yeah" - Investigator using the Ghost Radar app receives two words indicating someone present and questions whether that is true. A response was given.
• 3rd floor "footsteps" - the sound of footsteps running and jumping down the hall on the west end of the third floor. All investigators were present and were not moving.
• 3rd floor "I said run" - A response upon arriving on the floor.
• 3rd floor "back out" - Orders from a voice near room 352.
• 3rd floor "heard ya" - Captured during an EVP session at the end of the west hallway. Very faint, even with enhancement.
• 3rd floor "whistling" - The sound of whistling very close to the mic, then the walkie starts going off after the "Ghost Radar" app says the name "Emily." This all took place in the doctor's office on the east end of the floor.
• 5th floor "child's voice" - Heard while on the 5th floor. No children were present.

PHOTOS: No significant photo evidence was obtained.

VIDEO: No significant video evidence. One odd note with the video...video worked perfectly at the start of the investigation until investigators reached the second floor, then video became very pixelated and took a long time to correct itself. This did not occur again, despite the same card and video camera being used throughout the night.
