NWAGS investigates KFSM
Northwest Arkansas Ghost Seekers took part in a special investigation on Oct. 12, 2011, at the KFSM Channel 5 TV studios in Fort Smith Arkansas. The investigation was later featured on a special Halloween report on 5News in the Morning and in a follow-up video available on KFSM's web site.
The studio is comprised of the original Carnegie Library and an addition that once contained a dentist office. Most of the activity was reported in the old library area, particularly in the front portion, known as the "Rotunda." The library was built on the grounds of Fort Smith's most famous citizen, "Hanging Judge" Isaac C. Parker. Parker died in the home on the grounds, and less than two years later, the home was destroyed by a tornado.
