Bludgeoned pencil, bleeding eyes?
    Hockey haiku? Check.

     Aging Rangers brat—
Concussion-laden Canuck—
    Lindros out again.

    This next line rocks you:
Nikolai Khabibulin.
    That last line rocked you.

    The penalty box
ultimate. Satan on ice.
    Dante would be proud.

    Illegal high stick?
Think again. It’s in the net.
    Legal high sticking.
