Dan and I decided to return to camp the long way, via the Lewis Creek trail. Nice views of the basin below Kennedy Pass.
Sugar pine cones are big.
A helicopter made several trips up to the high country. The first two or three times, it returned with bundles of stuff hanging from a cable under it. Then it made two more passes without the cabled bundle.
