1973 Fender Jazz Bass

This is a Fender Jazz Bass I've had for 18 years. There are 2 pieces that are not original Fender, everything else is. It plays like a dream and sounds very bright. It has been refinished.

Here's the body
The original bridge has been replaced with a BassAss II bridge.
Original Fender Pickups.
Contour Body
Fender Machines Head. Probably newer than 67, but these are Fender
Head Stock.
Another of the back of the headstock
It's very long and very funky. Funky in a good way.
The brass knobs will polish nicely.
Without the flash on. You can get a feel for the real color of the wood
Black Pickguard is a bit warped. No biggie.
Butt end.
Strap Locks. Feels nice to play for hours
Contour for your arm.
Head is clean
In great shape
Nut is clean too.
All internals are fender made
Another shot of the components.
Clean
Maybe originally was black.
Fender pickups. Sound clean
Back of the neck mount
There are numbers here, I just can't make them out.
Looks as if it says "...DEC21" but I can't tell for sure.
J. Torres. A Craftsman at Fender.
Serial Number 436788, which makes it a 1973
Back. No belt buckle scuffs
Neck plate.
