A variety of delicious flavours and fillings are available to suit all tastes. You can choose to have the same flavour for each tier, or mix and match.

The most popular flavours are:

Victoria sponge, filled with jam and buttercream.

Rich fruit celebration cake, soaked in brandy and matured for three months.

Chocolate truffle cake, filled with chocolate ganache buttercream.

Zesty lemon cake, with a luscious lemon curd filling.

Coffee and walnut cake, layered with coffee buttercream.

Moist carrot cake, tasting particularly good if split and layered with fresh orange buttercream. This cake contains NO dairy products, so is suitable for guests with a dairy intolerance

Lime and coconut cake, combining the zest of fresh limes with creamed coconut.

Banana butterscotch cake – the perfect combination of smooth butterscotch and baked bananas.

Sticky date cake – moist, sticky and full of flavour.

Cherry and almond cake – perfect covered in marzipan and icing.

Chocolate and almond cake, filled with rich chocolate buttercream.

Chocca mocca pecan cake – a perfect blend of smooth chocolate, fresh espresso and toasted pecans.
