palmOne LifeDrive mobile manager

My new Sony PSP might be cool, but it's mostly impractical for me, since I'm not into games. Instead, I'm lusting after palmOne's new LifeDrive mobile manager. I was happy with my Tungsten T3, so much that even when the T5 came out, the two were so similar I didn't give it a second thought.

Then comes LifeDrive, a new Palm series with a new name. What sets it apart from all previous models is a 4GB hard disk, a first in a PDA. Then there are the built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, another first for palmOne. These aren't fancy features, but practical additions. The LifeDrive can automatically grab photos from SD cards and transfer them to its hard disk. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi will allow wireless access to the web, e-mail and messaging. What they add up to is a truly mobile device for the individual on-the-go, a viable alternative to carrying around a notebook.

I'm getting a LifeDrive as soon as I can find one here in Hong Kong. In fact, I'm so psyched about it that I've decided to devote a page to it, where I'll be adding relevant content and links. I call it simply the LifeDrive Page.
