Final month in Japan.
In Hong Kong, we also visited Ocean Park, rode a Junk, took a tram up to Victoria Peak and welcomed the Year of the Pig.

At the entrance to Ocean Park.
In line for the water ride, which you can see behind Mary.
The kids wished this was a real seal.

After the water ride, Sean got to slick his hair back.
What an imp!
A cable car takes you from one side of the park to the other.
The view from the cable car.
The kids are about to go on the Frog Hopper.
All set to go.

Mary models in front of the Victoria Peak tram.
The tram on its way to the peak.
Another view of the tram. It's a really steep climb.
Our 1st trip up to the peak was less than spectacular.

At least our 2nd trip was sunnier.
The viewing platform is pretty cool though.
Too bad about the smog.

We took a junk boat tour of the harbor.
Fishing boats in the harbor.
A famous Hong Kong landmark - Jumbo Floating Restaurant.

Double-decker trams abound on Hong Kong Island.
It's another way to see the city.
Like the famous cows in Chicago, meet the Pigs of Hong Kong.
Welcoming in the Year of the Pig.
All manner of pigs.
There's one to suit every taste.
Mary found one she liked.
She actually found two!
And so did Sean.

Back in Okinawa, it's the pre-school zoo trip!
Sean enjoyed the still life.
Giddyup!

and here with the giraffes.

Sean with Savannah, one of his classmates.
Like the Chinese, the Japanese celebrate the Year of the Boar (Pig).
Mary and her classmates enjoy a picnic lunch.
