by Yoshitaka Kuwata

'logViewer for Personal java' runs on PDAs and handheld devices like Zaurus by sharp corp., Japan. Thanks to the portability provided by Java (TM) technologies, logViewer runs on top of Sharp Zaurus SL-B500. (The device is so called Linux-Zaurus).

The program uses Jeode from Insignia Solutions as Java runtime environment.

Network Connection
With a network card, such as wireless lan card, logViewer for Pjava can connect with RoboCupRescue kernel with online mode.
It is an ideal environment for cooperative viewer.

Note that the snapshots are taken from the program under development, and they are subject to change.
Requirement:
Sharp Zaurus (SL-B500) with smart media and network card. It is likely that the program also work on SL-A300 and SL-C700, althought they are not tested.

The current implementation is very eraly stage. Although the program is very stable, more optimization is required for the best performance. The software will be released sometime soon.
