  • All helpers most welcome. Join the early to rise group and see how healthy and wise you become!

  • Remember, we are our own best (and only!) PR firm. Bring some friends to MRF. We'll grow and so will they!
• Liturgy
  • We are always looking for priests to conduct our liturgies. If you know a priest who may be available to say mass please contact Mamie or Peter.
• Curriculum
  • If you have books or other Forum teaching resources at home, please return them. We need to re-circulate the material.
