Enter all data in sentence
case (capitalize the first letter in each sentence) or title case (capitalize the first letter of

2.
Columns can be increased or

3.
Space has been provided in
the header of the census form for identification of the primary individual.
Additional lines have been included to further identify parents and grandparents.
This is helpful in large families where it can be difficult to remember
everyone’s relationship. This is also helpful to distinguish between
individuals with the same name.
4. Be careful when editing the header. To delete a line in the header but preserve the formatting, highlight the line and press delete. If you highlight more than one line, the formatting will be deleted for all highlighted lines.
