The Kaiserslautern
Apple Users Group currently has over 50 members, primarily
made up of active duty US military and DoD civilian employees. The group
is one of a kind serving the Kaiserslautern Military Community.
Today Apple is once again leading the computer industry. Cutting edge products like the 8 core MacPro, iPod with video, AppleTV, and the iPhone are helping Apple infiltrate new markets and expand their current user base. With the XServe and XRAID coupled with their industrial strength, UNIX based operating system and XSAN, Apple is once again making inroads in the corporate environment.
The Kaiserslautern Apple User's Group exist to support Macintosh Users in the KMC area. KAUG provides a conduit through which local Apple users can network for technical support. Members also receive information on product upgrades, installation and peripheral support, special interest groups, and special user group discounts.
There is no cost for membership. Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings. If you have a special skill or would like to present to our group contact us and we can arrange a meeting.
