Feels good to be Jesse on the inside today 



The Lemonheads had a song (Dawn Can't Decide) that contained the lyric "Feels good to be Jesse on the inside today." I remember reading somewhere that the lead singer Evan Dando wrote the lyric after borrowing a pair of his friend Jesse's underwear.

My birthday was this past weekend, and I turned 28. I think the universe wanted to remind me that I can barely take care of myself even though I am almost 30 years old. When I got home from work yesterday I realized that I was wearing my underwear inside out and did not notice this all day. This was not some laundry-related decision, but a total accident. At least i didn't have the previous day's sock in my pantleg all day. I hate it when that happens.
