Rocco 



My mom got a little dog, and named him Rocco. I haven't met him yet, but I will see him when I go to my parent's house for Christmas
 
 
While I am generally not a fan of little dogs, I have to admit that he looks pretty cute. Rumor has it that my mom carries him around in a little purse, frequently trying to sneak him in to Target with her. Since I don't think it is possible to embarrass him any more, I made this for him:

 

 
I got the pattern from knitty and inadvertently modified it... I forgot to stop ribbing after the neck, so the entire thing is ribbed even though it isn't supposed to be. I used some vintage Caron (ooh-la-la -vintage acrylic yarn) and crocheted Sirdar Snowflake around the edges. I hope it fits him.
