It's almost like she read my last post... 


But she didn't! B showed up at the knitting circle working on 2 pairs of socks at the same time. 

Which is just what i was marvelling about earlier that day. i hate to break it to you b , but i think trish still has you beat. she pointed out to me that her '2 pairs at once' is being done on only 1 pair of circular needles. Though you totally win for cute sock picture.
 

 
Somehow Gen managed to knit an entire poncho in only one week. she made it out of her handpainted yarn, and it was just lovely. Debbie has made some serious progress on another Harry Potter Scarf. Sarah bitterly knit away at her tote bag (she seems really sick of that thing). Elowyn was able to join us for the first time in months. She sat down ready to work on her scarf and realized she was missing a ball of yarn. She found it in the parking lot, and it had already been ran over by a car. so sad.
 

 
i can't remember who it was, but someone mentioned that there is a new yarn shop opening on solano. by golly, they are right. i looked for it on my way to school the other day, adn i saw it! "Stash" - right at Solano and Colusa. I can't wait to see what they have...
