Strangers and a boy who knits 



Lots of people showed up for our knitting circle and some for the first time. B , Josh, lisa and Angie were newcomers. Most of the old regulars were there too. As usual, I forgot to take out my camera until after some people started leaving. At the time, I also decided that close-ups were a great idea. It kinda is a good idea - the bar is pretty dark and i don't really get a good idea of what everyone's projects look like until i see the flash-photo.
 
 

Here is kate, lisa and claire. kate is working on her second-project-ever: a diagonal scarf. lisa is making squares for a blanket, and claire is continuing with her scarf.
 
 

Here are Josh and Gen chatting it up - hey josh! are you even knitting?
 
 

Cheryl has been very busy. she started a baby blanket and has almost completed this baby hat. I think she also completed 2 other baby hats. Sounds like she needs to join a bootie-along and knit some booties for those kids.
 

 
Kate k has also been very busy and has completed 2 styles of beer cozies. one for cans and one for bottles.
 
 

Geez. I think that last photo is one of my favorite knitting photos of all time. i didn't even set that up, it just turned out to have cute knitting stuff in the background.

Sorry B, Angie and Meg - i dont have any pics of you. you will have to remind me to take out my camera next week.
