Sources for Arthur Upfield's Books
While I built my collection
before the days of the days of the Internet, used bookstores, at least
in North America, rarely now have any Upfield titles. Your best bet is
now the Internet. You might also check the Interlibrary Loan department of your local library.
For out of print books, I've found the best source to search is the Advanced Book Exchange
http://www.abebooks.com
There are usually a few Bony
novels in print at any given time and I've found that the best source
to find them is Amazon.com, although you may simply want to use it as a
resource to find them and then order them from a local bookseller.

The Beach of Atonement
was recently brought back into print by Jan Finder via Lulu. Kees de
Hoog has also used Lulu to publish two collections of Upfield-related
short stores and autobiographical information: Up and Down Australia and Up and Down the Real Australia: Autobiographical Articles & the Murchison Murders. Just do a search for "Upfield."
