Our Rector - The Rev'd Bill Klock
Our new rector comes to us from Portland, Oregon where he has served as vicar of Christ Reformed Episcopal Church for the past five years.  In addition to working as a church planter in the Portland area, Fr. Bill has also served parishes in Bellevue, Washington and Vancouver, British Columbia.  He has served as chaplain to the Oregon State Society and the Lewis & Clark Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution.  Originally from San Francisco, Bill grew up in the Northwest, attending Washington State University (B.A., History) and later Regent College in Vancouver (M.C.S., Old Testament and Biblical Languages).  Father Bill and his wife Veronica, a graduate of the Royal Conservatory and the University of British Columbia, have one daughter, Alexandra.

Our Rector Emeritus – The Rev'd Bill Hedges
Pastor Bill was born in South Africa and came to Canada having served in the Navy in South East Asia during the Second World War. He joined the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1951, and was commissioned as an Air Navigator in 1952. He served in various capacities over the next three decades including two tours with 407 Squadron Comox, and an exchange with the United States Navy.  Bill was baptized in the Holy Spirit when he renewed his commitment to Christ in 1975.  Feeling called to God's service, he resigned his commission in 1979, and together with his wife Jo entered into various lay ministries in the local and broader Anglican Community, ministries that continued for twenty years and were centered on the Order of St. Luke the Physician.  He was made a deacon in June 2002 and ordained a presbyter in November of that year by Bishop Charles Dorrington.  He and Jo have two daughters, Kathryn and Blythe, eight grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

Our Bishop – The Right Rev'd Charles Dorrington
Our bishop, Charles Dorrington, is the Ordinary of the Reformed Episcopal Diocese of Western Canada and Alaska.  Bishop Dorrington has a strong music background, having been both a singer in and director of several choirs, including that of Church of Our Lord, Victoria, and was the founding president of the Pacific Opera.  He was ordained for ministry in the REC in 1978 and the following year became rector of Church of Our Lord.  Bishop Dorrington served as rector for another 14 years, before stepping down from that position in 1993 to establish Victoria Prayer Counselling.  In 1996 he was consecrated and made bishop of the diocese and has served in that capacity since, while also maintaining a full-time counselling ministry with the help of his wife, Claudia.  Most recently Bp. Dorrington has taken on the task of providing episcopal oversight for the newly established and rapdily growing Reformed Episcopal missions and parishes in Cuba.
