Pirates of the Caribbean: at Worlds End
Fun movie, great escapist fare, but
...
... pushing the limits of being rated "PG-13". We
had one of François' classmates with us when we saw the movie; I thought I
would get in trouble with her parents after letting her seeing multiple
impalements, a woman being shot in the head, open brains, and blood splattering.
But our young friend only covered her eyes at one scene, when two of the
characters starting kissing!
The plot was confusing at times, and for sure the movie wasn't "great" in any artistic sense, but it was fun nevertheless. Now, must we all wait for Pirtes of the Caribbean: the Fountain of Youth?!
