is the eScrip Program?
A: The eScrip Program is a fundraising program that allows participating
merchants to contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty
cards (Safeway Club Card),
credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to Briarwood Fundraising.
Q: How
does the eScrip Program work?
A: Register your existing grocery loyalty cards, credit cards, and debit/ATM
cards then use your registered cards at participating merchants. The merchant
donates a percentage of the sale to Briarwood.
Q: How
do I enroll?
A: Download one of the following forms: English or
Spanish, or contact one of the PTA
Presidents (see link on the left side of this page).

Q: I
enrolled last year. Do I need to re-register?
A: Yes, you do need to re-register. Call eScrip at 1-800-801-4973 or
visit www.escrip.com and click
on "Yes! Renew".
Q: Is
there any cost to the school or to me?
A: There is no cost to Briarwood or you.
Q: I
only want to register my Safeway Club Card. Do I have to provide
my credit card number?
A: No, you can provide a check to cover the annual fee. Credit card numbers
only need to be provided if you shop at participating merchants.
Q: Which
credit cards can I register?
A: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Macys, Chevron, and Debit/ATM
cards

there a list of merchants?
A: Yes, the list includes Safeway, Whole Foods Market, Round Table Pizza, Chevron,
Old Navy, Eddie Bauer, and Payless Shoe Source to name a few. For a list of

Q: How will the eScrip Program know I want their contributions to go to
Briarwood?
A: Use Briarwood's Group ID#: 3530107 when you register your card(s). All donations
will come to our school monthly.
Q: How
much will the store contribute to the school?
A: Each merchant has a pre-determined value. Safeway, for example, contributes
2-4% depending on the amount purchased.
Q: When
does the eScrip Program start?
A: You can register your card(s) now.
Q: Will
new merchants be added to the list?
A: Yes, eScrip is continually negotiating with new merchants. We can even suggest
a local merchant you would like to see in the program.
Q:
I don't have a grocery loyalty card (Club Card). How do I get one?
A: Visit your local participating grocery store to apply and receive
your loyalty card. Then register the card on the eScrip Program. Use
your loyalty card when making purchases. The Club Card automatically
tracks the amounts.
