Sweet Pea was adopted by an awesome family in Tennessee, where she lives with other doggy brothers and sisters and is learning to trust her instincts and enjoy life!

A beautiful, 17 pound,, brown Doxie mix female in need of a foster or loving forever home. I just rescued her from a high kill shelter and will foster her until I kind find the best place for her. I have a blind doxie, and I will be happy to help the adoptive parents learn how to best provide for her needs. A blind dog is actually not a huge difference in caring for one with this special need. The main thing is to be consistent and patient while they learn their way around. The bond is great, as they learn to trust you you become their eyes.
Let me know if you might be interested. She is up to date with shots, will be spayed at no cost to you through our rescue, micro chipped, and she is house trained. Oh, and she doesn't bark at all!
