Welcome to the "real" world, Britney...



In Time Magazine this week is a quote from Allure magazine of Britney Spears: "I have to tell the maid to buy diapers and get the pool boy to walk the dog? Can't I just make out with Kevin all the time? Being married sucks."

So: either she is even more self-absorbed than I believed possible, or might it be that she is engaging in some self mockery?

By the way, I can't let this pass: This site refers to Britney as the "pop tart". Zing!

It saddens me greatly that this child (despite her age, she is not an adult, apparently) is adulated and made an example for young girls to follow.
