MarkerMan
Today it was while I was posting on a
board I rarely visit ... I wasn't occupied long, but I should've noticed it was
too quiet. It wasn't until the phone rang and I was taking the rather serious
call that LittleD danced in decorated in green marker ... a very pleased young
artist ... yesterday it was in the 5 minutes it took me to move the laundry from
the washer to the dryer when I heart the urgent cry, "Mom, LittleD has a
permanent marker!!!" It amazes me that a toddler can play quietly and well
behaved all day long, but in the 5 minutes when a mom needs to go to the
basement to do laundry can crawl up on dad's desk, get a permanent marker, and
write on the desk. The GOOD news is that Mr. Clean Magic Erasers
(get a Free Sample! I did, and was
impressed!) take off permanent markers from
laminated desks, at least when you catch it right away. And we know from past
experience that they also remove crayon and pencil from desks, wallpaper,
painted walls, and refrigerators. I wonder if the Magic Erasers work that well
on naked toddler skin?
