Cornbread in a Pumpkin - part I


I couldn't resist the idea. Cornbread in a pumpkin. And I just happened to have 4 small squashes of various types waiting to be used! So ... they're baking now. I need to go make the cornbread to put in them. Main problem? My family doesn't like cooked squash. And I'm not totally sure how we eat these once I bake them with cornbread in them. We shall see. But it's such a cool idea ... Here's one progress picture:
