Babysitting the Blog
A blog is really a great idea. I am thinking I
can use mine to showcase some of my writing.
(I've given away a secret there, but
only Dawn will have access
to both the secret and the answer ... Hi
Dawn!) I like to write. I hate to edit or
revisit what I write. That's probably the sign of a never-be-a-real-writer ...
but oh well. But the problem with a blog is that it needs babysitting. I mean,
it gets boring real fast if you don't remember to take the time to nurture it.
Poor, sad, atrophying blog! So this entry is really just to say hey, I'm still
here, and I probably have something to say, but I forget to take the time to say
it. Dale's been good with his blog,
updating it a few times recently. And because he had something to say, not just
blogging for blog's sake. Poor, sad blog.
Maybe I should use this time to
actually write something. Or post some of my recent writings. That might be
fun. Or add cute little icons to the categories, I haven't done that yet. I
should spend some time tweaking the format, too. See what I mean? Blogs need
babysitting.
