Ordering Process is Simple...
- SUBMISSION: You provide your copy/artwork/logo/photograph(s)
via email (preferable), mail or in person with your payment.
An idea of how you want your site to look (general theme, colors,
etc) is helpful. Your input is more than welcome. Many well-planned
designs can be done effeciently if the client has some idea of
what he/she wants. Your existing brochures or sales materials
will help tremendously.

- Most finished websites will
be posted within 1 week of payment. There is a 40% upcharge for
rush orders. If a balance is due, we reserve the right to hold
the presentation of your site for payment. We also reserve the
right to refuse service due to illegal or objectionable content
requests.

- TERMS:
- One and Five Page Starter Websites
must be paid in full upon order placement. A 50% deposit of budgeted
amount or estimate is due upon placement of custom orders and
premium services. Payment
in full must be received for your website to be published on
the internet.
- Submission of graphics and/or
copy by the client is indicative of an order for billable graphic
design/internet consultation services. Photos/logos/scans are
digitally reproduced from customer provided materials, matching
color and hue as closely as possible. With the act of said subission,
Client indemnifies TWC and assumes full responsibility for copyright
releases on photo/logo usage and any and all photographer claims.

- Allow 3-7 working days for delivery
to the internet. There is a 40% upcharge for rush orders.

- Your deposit or other payment
indicates acceptance of these terms and the final proof of your
design as delivered or uploaded for initial viewing. Payment
in full is due for website to continue to be published on the
internet. We accept cash, checks, money orders or credit/debit
card payments through www.paypay.com.
Order may not be canceled once domain nameand/or site is purchased
to be prepared for publishing.

- Changes made once approved,
and published on the internet, are subject to an hourly maintenance
fee. The Wiseman Company is not responsible unanticipated variables
or for problems caused by the web hosting company, but will provide
best efforts to aid in negotiation of disputes.

- Due to market fluctuations and
unanticipated variables, prices are subject to change without
notice. The Wiseman Company guarantees, however, to honor prices
as quoted at the time your order is placed.
