to little time :)

As time is short (I'm fixing the house and more :) this is not updated as often as planned :(
and we started a new way in the dojo, because people like to learn the names, so after every training one is appointed to write the days techniques in our forum, but it closed for outsiders. If you want to talk aikido, you are welcome at our open forum

After training Per had arranged champagne, water & chips and people had all kinds of fruit to share ! We deserved :)

4. Tsuzikiwaza - almost without arms

On the 12th of may, my elbow was still a little troublesome, so it was a good occasion to practice the 4th. Tsuzukiwaza: Uke takes hold with both of his hands, on nage' shoulders !

1,2 and 3 is Bow, bow twice (kirigaeshi) and bow deep (drop - sudori :)
then its Kokyunage - I am not 100 % but it think its the version where you continue round as the uke approaches and do a "normal" kokyunage, after a 450 degree turning !
no. 5 is nikkyo
and no. 6 is zemponage.

Cu Monday!
