and we started a new way in the dojo, because people like to learn the names, so after every training one is appointed to write the days techniques in our forum, but it closed for outsiders. (see all the pictures here Wednesday we moved to brand new dojo. Jonas came with a big trailer behind his land-rover (or something like that :) and with everybody helping it took only a little hour, to move all the stuff! Everyone was very excited and ready for training :-) First the dojo should be clean, Everybody was down on knees and washing :) After that we made Kibarai, to cleanse the dojo. Well what techniques did we do ?! First a lot of "ki-work"; then Katatedori Shihonage irimi, Yokomenuchi Shihonage Irimi: Katate Kosadori Kokyunage and Yokomenuchi Kokyunage! At the end Killbuck-san, did the 12. Tsuzukiwaza with 5 different ukes, Then all got a chance to try the Tsuzukiwaza with a partner: ) After training Per had arranged champagne, water & chips and people had all kinds of fruit to share ! 1,2 and 3 is Bow, bow twice (kirigaeshi) and bow deep (drop - sudori :) then its Kokyunage - I am not 100 % but it think its the version where you continue round as the uke approaches and do a "normal" kokyunage, after a 450 degree turning ! no. 5 is nikkyo and no. 6 is zemponage. This is the first rapport from a training ! So if you do not know the names of the techniques (?) here is your chance to get to know them ! This evening we did basic ki-training, then tenkan movement with the partner holding Katatedori Ryotemochi. After this we continued with Katatedori ryotemochi nikkyo, Munetsuki ikkyo, Munetsuki Zenponage. Then we spilt people in 3 groups, one doing 5. kyu, second doing 3. kyu and the last group doing 2. kyu. Ending with Zagi ryotedori Kokyunage zenponage (Kokyudosa but throwing uke into a forward roll) Cu monday
