4. Tsuzikiwaza - almost without arms
1,2 and 3 is Bow, bow twice (kirigaeshi) and bow deep (drop - sudori :)
then its Kokyunage - I am not 100 % but it think its the version where you
continue round as the uke approaches and do a "normal" kokyunage, after a 450
degree turning !
On the 12th of may, my elbow was still a little troublesome, so it was a
good occasion to practice the 4th. Tsuzukiwaza: Uke takes hold with both of his
hands, on nage' shoulders !
