Hufflepuff
Hufflepuff is the house of the "just and loyal." As such, they are the people who are the easiest to dismiss. "Huffs are Duffs," as the saying goes. Our society doesn't value hard work very highly unless it is accompanied by monitary success. The "just and loyal" character in every movie is the one who is usually killed off at the end while the hero and heroine (Gryffinders, of course) ride off into the sunrise.
Even in Harry Potter, a Hufflepuff was killed off while the Gryffinder lived. Hufflepuffs are humble and our society doesn't value the humble very much. Better to be boastful and flashy. Hufflepuff corresponds to the element of Earth and it's three astrological signs, Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn. While Draco Malfoy (Slytherin) said that if the Sorting Hat had put him in Hufflepuff, he would leave, in Virtual Hogwarts, the Slytherins and the Hufflepuffs found themselves natural allies, both being set up as the underdog in their own ways. And both houses have an interesting correspondence with the feminine principle.
