the future semi-conditionally modified subinverted plagal past subjunctive intentional tense used there, with great effect might i add). is there a difference between god and his creations?

if something can only be created by something more powerful than itself, perhaps we are all figments in the most powerful imagination in the world. we think merely because he/she wishes that we do so. one day the great turtle at'tuan will awaken, we are all sent tumbling into the void. prepare for that day; when you learn that all we aspire to, all that we believe in, is nothing more than a half-digested hotdog (partaken joyously on a friday, i hope) in the stomach of a turtle. or shall we pity that day, when he/she awakens and discovers that they are alone in the world; save god.

someone once said that people go through life asleep. only a select few ever awaken and really see what is around them. he claimed that these were the people who go through life with a constant sense of childish wonder. i disagree. those are the people who are dreaming while they sleep. those people who are awake are the mad; the insane and the vicious. they are the ones that understand how little everything means, and they know more than anything else, what it means to be lonely. how can they deal with the rest of us? it would be like being awake in a room full of the dead... you have no one to talk to. perhaps that is the secret behind the great prophets of our time jesus and buddha and the others. they do no seek the rise of consciousness for its own sake; they seek it for self preservation.
