During the 2006-2007 academic year, I was a United States' J. William Fulbright Fellow at the ancient Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland. My reflections Poland and my other travels may appear in my blog entries. My Fulbright project was to work to raise awareness of black American literature.
Currently, I am looking for work - any work - while being poor and happy in Paris. Any suggestions that you might be able to pass along would be helpful.
I reflect here on my life and travels here. A poet once told me that I had a right to wake up someplace beautiful. Those words have been my beacon.
