Mr. Lauridsen is Professor of Composition at the Thornton School of Music at the University of Southern California, where he has taught for over thirty years. In recent years, Mr. Lauridsen's work has gained remarkable popularity; his most frequently performed works include Lux Aeterna, O Magnum Mysterium, and Dirait-on (from Les Chansons des Roses), to name but a few.
