Eclipse Regex (Regular Expression) Plugin
Came across this little gem, "QuickREx
", the other day. Up to now I have used the free open source "RegexPlor.app"
for OS X, but I really like this open source Eclipse plugin ...

Then just simple open the view .... it has match highlighting too!
