BayXP meeting Dec 15, Foster City CA
Our guest speaker will be III (pronounced "three"), an authority on Chartering. Project Chartering is one of the practices of Industrial XP. III advocates chartering for providing a good beginning for a any project. He will present examples from chartering done at HP for their XP-SIG. Project Chartering helps people answer questions like: Is the idea for the project worthwhile? How does the project further the organization's vision/mission? How would we know if the project is a success? Who is part of the project's Project Community?
