Spong (n.)
The portion of underwear that is clearly visible
towards the rear of a woman who is wearing a thong and low-cut trousers in an
effort to deliberately draw attention to this part of her
anatomy.
The spong is an attention seeking device,
designed to draw male (and occasionally female) attention to a specific part of
a woman's anatomy: her bottom. Any unsuspecting male who is caught actually
looking at the spong will be rewarded with a sharp slap in the face, followed
by—if he is lucky—an invitation to dinner, a movie, or possibly
shallow meaningless sex.
Spong displays are common in all seasons, regardless of climate, and form part of the mating rituals of many chav females.
