Immusical (adj.)

The inability to discern the difference between genuinely creative musical compositions of great artistic worth on the one hand, and highly derivative, mass produced noisemaking on the other.

Note that being immusical is distinct from, and is not to be confused with, being unmusical, which simply means being unable to play a musical instrument, something that is perfectly normal and nothing to be ashamed of.
