Shoulder nipples (pl. n.) 


Comical protuberances in the shoulders or other areas of an item of clothing that has been left to dry for too long on a coathanger or other non-flat surface. 

Once established, shoulder nipples can generally only be removed by strenuous and repetitive ironing of the garment, or by concealing them with strategically placed accessories. [Although see the following article in Men's Health magazine for an alternative suggestion — Ed.]
