Shoulder nipples (pl. n.)Comical protuberances in the shoulders or other
areas of an item of clothing that has been left to dry for too long on a

Once established, shoulder nipples can generally
only be removed by strenuous and repetitive ironing of the garment, or by
concealing them with strategically placed accessories.
